These terms govern the use of the Camel Travel platform for both individual users and partner businesses (such as affiliates or sub-agents). Camel Travel only facilitates bookings and does not provide travel services directly. All contracts for travel services are between the user and the supplier.
3. Registration
Users must register on the platform to book services. To register, you must be at least 18 years old and responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Only one account per user is allowed, and it is non-transferable.
4. Camel Travel Services and Contract Formation
4.1 When a user selects a service on the platform (e.g., tour, date, number of participants), Camel Travel displays relevant information provided by suppliers. A binding offer is made by the user when they confirm their selection and complete the booking process.
4.2 Camel Travel provides confirmation of the booking and processes payment on behalf of the supplier. Any additional services, such as ticket issuance or customer support, will be provided according to the supplier’s terms.
4.3 Camel Travel is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by suppliers or for the execution of the booked services.
5. Payments
5.1 Payments for bookings are collected by Camel Travel on behalf of the supplier unless otherwise stated.

Prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Users should review the supplier’s policies for any local taxes or fees that may apply on-site.

7.2 Users agree to indemnify Camel Travel against any third-party claims arising from misuse of the platform.
8. Platform Availability
Camel Travel does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features or services at any time.
9. Liability of Camel Travel
Camel Travel is not liable for the fulfillment of contracts between users and suppliers. Our liability is limited to our intermediary role and is capped at three times the cost of the booked services, except in cases of gross negligence or personal injury.

Camel Travel collects personal data only for the purposes of processing bookings. We ensure the confidentiality of user data and do not disclose it to third parties except as required to fulfill a booking.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hurghada, Egypt.
